How do i reverse Shift+delete?

I accidently deleted about 450 gba roms (Zipped) using shift+delete and i cant find them any where. Is there a decent free program that can restore the files.

Any suggestion welcom. Cheers in advance.

Try System Restore, it restores the computer to an earlier time.

I've tried that twice with no luck. i used shift+delete which bypasses the trash bin. i know theyre on me computer somewhere is just a mater of finding them

I mean System Restore in Control Panel->Performance and Maintenance->System

Neither of them are working. No worries i'll just have redownload them again and burn them to discs and keep them safe.
