ZELDA OoT "no controller"

I have a problem with Zelda OoT: when I start the game, it says "no controller". Do you need a controller to play this game?

Does it matter if you have a cordless keyboard. Also I enabled controller in the controller config

With Jabo's, enable controller (check the box), yup, and remap the keys you prefer (click the buttons, each one it's labeled and asiggned to a certain N64 key), you might also use the mouse. Perhaps you'll be luckier with other input plugin like N-Rage, but it should work

For example:
Talking to NAVI
Fighting with spiders, shooting spiders down with the i don't know the word in english ... , with deku nuts!
talking with the persons in the lost woods
and many more - do you know all key codes?
Could you make me a list, please?

you can find them your self, if you just go to control plugin menu in settings. it should give a options of chosing keys like the c-keys,a-key,ect.
