You have to mount the image by using Daemon-Tools. (Due ePSXe can't read the CDDA files if you play directly with ISO files.

If it doens't work, then it might be the sound/music being extracted from the real PS game. (You should check on how big is the ISO file.)

Most if not every DDR PSX games doesn't have CDDA tracks for music. In those games music it's usually stored on VB2 format, a kind of PSX music files similar to XA.

Make sure you have XA sound enabled on ePSXe, use other plugin or even emulator such as PSSXven or SSSPSX.

You can extract them with VB2rip, a nice tool by the great Neill Corlett

    Update:
I got all ddr games in CDs, bought original one from 1st to 5th.
From 2nd to 5th they wotk really good.
The first is without songs, but the cd is okay.
Each of the options you said is active, how can I fix that specific game?

I suppose you make an ISO and tried to emulate it and so on (enable Analog Sound on Daemon Tools too (DT -> Options -> Analog Audio), and look if if the sound output it's set up correctly: "DT" -> "Virtual CD/DVD ROM" -> "Device :0 etc" -> Set Device Parameters).

Well, try enabling SPU IRQ hack for example, then use other SPU plugin like Eternal and play a bit with the options: I don't have that game so I 'm trying to figure out. Perhaps it has CDDA sound, so enable CDDA on ePSXe too. You might get best results with PSXeven or SSSPX as well, you can use the same plugins and other from those with those emus.

Hey, I recomend that you rather use StepMania, a free, identical DDR-clone. It's the best DDR program for the computer, and is used on some tournaments (etc).
You can find simulator files for all the songs that are on the machines (and games) many places.
