Default Playing PSX disk on my computer

Ok. Well, I have all of the stuff to play ePSXe.(I already have it working fine) So, now, im trying to play my PSX games directly from the disk to the computer. I do as the guid says, I open the disk, thats fine, but, the game im trying to play(FFT) has more than one folder. So.. Well, im lost. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks.

    - Edit -

Umm.. some more info if needed...

You don't need to care about the files on your PSX CD. Just try good CDr plugins like Peops, Sapu or Xeven, then select your CD/DVD drive where you inserted the game CD, and go menu File -> Run CD . There're some other good emus like PSXeven or SSSPSX too.

btw I think it's better to make an image of your PSX CD: iso, cue/bin & img would work directly with ePSXe (Load Iso), but almost very format it's emulated by Daemon Tools. Just make the image and mount it, select the emulated drive with the PSX emulator and run it like a real CD.

    Recommended plugins:

GPU: Pete's D3D, OGL, OGL2 and Peops Soft GPU
    SPU: Peops, Eternal
    CDR: Peops, Sapu, Xeven
    Input: ePSXe built-in, N-Rage

Just create one image (psx profile) per disc.

I think it's pretty obvious you need to do one image for each disk as the 4 CDs are different.

About follow the game on the same state, if you were playing on the real PSX, you need to transfer the save game on your memory card to your PC. There're some products like DexDrive or EMS Memory Adapter to do the job, altough it's possible to make homebrew gadgets but it's not an easy task,
