word BIOS is not mentioned in Forum Rule no.1....so I think it will safe enough to talk about.

How am I suppose to run the game when the file needed to play it is not available and the emulator hasn't got it included within, by default???

A bios is another rom, the only difference is it boots up the machine before the roms take over. It is just as illegal as the roms are. Emulator authors will not distribute illegal material with their products.

Having said all that, the bios will be obtainable at any rom site. All you need to do is spend 5 minutes with Google. Search for psarc95.zip

I've been running the game in MAME alrite....yet there's a little bit of problem.

at the loading screen, it says "(ROM Name): Rom needs redump" then it continues its loading and game starts....but after some time, it hangs really bad and have to "Esc" it all the way out.

I wanna know, what is redump?? How can a person do it?

"ROM needs redump" means that there isn't a good version of that ROM available ATM. The only way to correct this is to buy the original arcade board and dump the ROMs yourself again by using special hardware.
