Can't exctract Mame

I may have posted this in the wrong forum before, but I cannot exctract MAME. I just downloaded Mame32, but it appears to be a self exctracting "binary" archive and when I try to open it I get an error message "Archive is not supported." The file is Mame32v.97_Binary.exe. What do I do?

download mame32 0.97 in a regular zip file

It's a self extracted 7-zip file, so you only need to execute it as any program. If it doesn't work then that file it's mostly a broken download. Just try download again

Try to download it again from the links given. Make sure that it is 100% fully downloaded.
