well i read that and it says that no emu can play at a playable speed, what i want to know is what is the minium config for a ps2 emu

what are the bio's you need to get for the sp2 emu

I'd say no PC can run any PS2 emu at playable speed.

Some PS2 bios names:

scph10000.bin
scph39001.bin

but will my system with it's config still play it

read the link again. No computer can play ps2 at playable speeds.

So to answer your question directly, no. You computer doesn't meet the requirements to play ps2 games at playable speeds.
