On some commercial N64-roms, when i play them with PJ64, i notice graphical problems with them. Then i look under "Notes(Default plugins)", and there it stands "[video](see GameFAQ)". What does that mean?

There should be a document included with those ROMs called GameFAQ

It refers to PJ64 menu: "Help" -> "GameFaq...", which it's the "PJgameFAQ.chm" help file that comes with pj64
