Virtual TI file transfer problem

Hi to all. I have this problem:

When i try to upgrade TI-83+ OS in the Virtual TI with the connecting program TiLP, it freezes and does not complete the transer of the file. I see the "Receiving software" message on the calculator, but the percentage stays on 0%. Help please.

Edit: I can archive single files, but when i write "archive all", the program tells me "undefined variable".

Now i have that other "archive all" problem.
