Does anyone know where i can get a decent rom trimmer that removes the useless 00's and FF's from the end of the games. I had one a while ago that could could process multiple games in .zip files. I think i removed some of the intros aswell.

Well, a good Hex edit like Hex Workshop might do the job.
I think you talk about overdumps and "intro-ed" roms. Perhaps GBATA helps you:

If you want my opinion, I can only recommend it for exclusive use on a GBA'sflash card reader, because of removing the unused rom space breaks the rom's integrity
