Tip: do NOT get Breath of Fire IV for PC.
It is available, but it's incredibly BUGGY and Capcom
won't release any patches for it. To bad -- as it's a nice
game really (although it looks a bit crappy on PC, since
it's just a port from the Playstation).
Gothic- a bit buggy, but i thought it was amazing
I hate all of you, especially donkeyknob.
Good RPG for PC are mostly western - try Baldur's Gate I & II, Icewind Dale, Pool of Radiance, Neverwinter Nights, Planescape: Torment
I've played games that Capcom ported to PC and the result wasn't that good.Originally posted by GHDpro@Dec 22 2003, 07:13 PM

A nice game that is also a port could be considered Grandia 2. Yes it's a PS2 port to pc but who cares.
...
There is a PC version of Final Fantasy VIII. Get it now!
There's another Final Fantasy, but I can't remember right now...![]()
I just breathed new life into FF VII for the PC.
The FMV's and prerendered 2D backgrounds still look like ass, but playing in 640x480 with 2x2 Super sampling, and some anisotropic filtering is giving pleasant results. Also installed the PSF patch to use the real game music from the PSX version.
Near pefect copy imho, when used with TV-Out and loving it.
