What di i need to get to play over 5,000 games..

Which emulator do i need . Is there one that does it all or do i need to
get each emulator seperately for Ex. nes, psx, ect...

where can i go get files, and learn to how go about doing this /..

You need an emulator to play arcade games, start with mame32 for win.
Then get other emulators for the different systems(you can get them all right here @ emu zone). I use 3d arcade as a frontend on my arcade machine to choose which emulator and games I want to play.
