plug in help!

please some one help me with plug ins! im dumb and im not doing something right everytime itry to put a plug in to the project 64 plug in folder it never wirks like for the rice video , and gln64 it says a win32 application or something so please help me bc if itry to play it using jabos plug ins everything runs good but the colors r not right! like conker has white bit of shades on hm, and stuff like that

You need a better video card to make a fair render. I had the same problem with that white shades thingy until I updated my video card.

that happened to me but I still play project 64 with it's originals plug-ins
