Are there any NES emulators out there with a super speed option like the SNES emulators tend to have? I wanna hit up some of the old RPGs, but don't wanna spend hours at the spots where you have to power level.

Many of the newer ones, if you disable CPU throttling & auto fps. You get them at the NES section
