I always enter the master code, then i enter a code to make a wild pokemon appear, then when i go to the grass, my game resets! I do this on VisualBoy Advance, and i have NO other codes enabled except master code, any suggestions?

Oops i meant when i walk into the grass and a wild pokemon is supposed to jump up.
Make sure that the codes you add are for the right version(US rom + US codes etc).
