That will require me to create a duplicate entry in the database as the current system does not support multiple categories per emulator and that's something I don't want to do.

What lazy webmaster? It's simply not possible with the current database design.
Currently, an emulator is associated with ONE "section" only (1-N relation). Changing
that would need quite a bit of recoding. And personally I haven't touched a EZ script
in ages (in that point, I AM lazy )
