    Unhappy little problem with Xenogears

    heya

i have a little problem with Xenogears
im at the part where Fei is having this dream and sees himself as a little kid playing with a ball
when Fei is standing behind his younger self and the whole scene starts turning arround so you would see them from the front it first starts slowing down and then when you see them from the front it just stops

i have tried various video plugins (using epsxe160) but allways the same effect
i also tried other emulators but i cant seem to transfer the save games and/or states to them and it took me 10 hours to get to that part i dont really want to play everything over again if it just freezes at the same place again

using a AMD xP 2200 (1.8 Ghz) 1 GB RAM NVIDIA GeForce FX5700LE

hope someone can help me i never got to finish this game cause my Playststion broke and since its an imported game i cant play it on my PS2

    thx

    From ePSXe help file:

As the Chrono Cross trick isn't necessary any more, we have assigned a new trick to the F7 key, for the Xenogears dreams sequence: Press this key at the beginning of the scene, and once again after the end
If still doesn't work, try 1.5.2

Use CVGS or Emurayden to solve that problem if ePSXe 1.5.2 didn't work.

    No problem, enjoy

Btw, the CVGS & Emurayden out there are hacked and old emulators, better switch to newer and better stuff such as ePSXe, PSXeven or SSSPSX

Emurayden is hacked version while CVGS is not.

The CVGS "out there" it's a mere hack of the original CVGS. Now tell me you got the registered version of CVGS

Darn, you just hit me. Well, I got the the very first ones from the copied CD that a friend sold it to me. (Not really sure is the registered ones.) I did grab the same one from internet as well some years ago. But all are merely the same. (Couldn't play in WinXP that's for sure.)

I'm pretty lucky that I have Win98 on my PC other than WinXP and Mandrake as well.
