    Default n64 emu

    does anyone know where i can find a working n64 emulator for xbox?
    i had surreal64 or somthing named like that but when i booted it up the screen would jus stay black....

    are you running it from a cd or off the hard drive?

    man its wierd but i jus moved the n64 file to a diffrent location and then i jus wanted to try to boot up the emulator and for some reason it worked >_<

    ahhh ok, i think i *may* have known whats going on. ill just provide some tips just to prevent something like this happening again. only transfer files to the E:\ as C:\ is only for important xbox system files, D: is obviously the DVD-ROM and XYZ:\ are memory drives and need to be free. also, dont have more then one default.xbe per directory

    did you replace the hard drive? F: is like E: drive but only homebrew software use it because in unmodded xbox's there is no F: and hence no official games/software ever use it

    emm im not sure what your saying but i use F: and C: for my files on my xbox
