    Default Chrono Cross Problems

Ok. I am currently in the orphanage where you are supposed to save kid (Incase you don't know where this is. It is after you have defeated FATE.). When I walk up to Lynx and the cut scene starts playing the game freezes. I have tried to get past this with both ePSXe 1.5.2 and 1.6.0 and I have tried using the noauto thing. I use Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.75 (It's the best one for me. Works beautifully). and my computer's stats are in my sig. Please help.

I'm not sure if this info can help you, but I'd give a try

Solution: Both 1.0.0, 1.0.1, and 1.2.0 freeze when you use the teleporter in the game, but you can unfreeze it and get past this point by hitting F3 in ePSXe 1.0.0/1.0.1, and F7 in ePSXe 1.2.0 or above.
If still doesn't work, give a try to either Pete's D3D or Peops Soft GPU, so if passes the hang point, save & switch to OGL. Otherwise, PSXeven it's a cool emu to try

My Chrono Cross locks up at the opening...right when you put in your main char's name. I have Pete's Open GL and eternal for sound. I'm running an amd 64 3000+, geforce 5700le 128mb 256bit, onboard asus sound.

Use ePSXe 1.5.2 or PSXeven to solve the problem. If you want to use ePSXe 1.6.0, please read the help provided by ePSXe team. It might help.

Chrono Cross would hardly work on 1.6.0 (read: not working), better try 1.5.2 if you like ePSXe
