Hey, I play Garou: Mark of the Wolves , Kof 99 & 2000 on Kawaks 1.46 and for some reason they take a long time to load... None of the other roms do and it's not as if my computers real old.
There not bad roms... When they finally do load they work like a dream.
It's not a real big problem, I was just wondering if there was anything I could do to get them to load faster...? You know... For the sake of my sanity.

The problem is that encrypted NeoGeo games as you told, need to be decrypted by the emu first, so if you don't have a certain amount of RAM, it takes longer to decrypt.
But you might try a shorcut to load much faster, just check to kawaks option "Save decrypted roms after loading". Then with the new files you got on Kawals folder, zip them into a new file, usually named "YourRomName" + "nd".zip. You can view the full list in the emu. Also it would work zipping them in the main set, like kof99.
