Looks like a MAME or NeoGeo game.

You are missing a rom file by that name. Do not ask for it. You will not get it.

Try to download it from other site which contains the files that offical MAME/similar emulator can support it.

Or, compile MAME/edit Nebula romdata yourself to get the game works.

You need to get an updated mslug4 rom set, but we can't point you where.

You might post here your set name, size & crc, maybe we can help you.
