There are a few emulators but most play homebrew games so far.

Also most of them doesn't plan to run commercial games, even if it's possible, till some years. We'll have to wait, and it's not that bad imho. Developers and console makers deserve a bit of "locked" time, don't you think?

They won't be playing commercial games until after the DS is no longer on sale.

Yeah, I don't think the game publisher would be very happy if the working version of DS emulator is really out.

    Off-Topic :
Robert, I thought you wouldn't come here since you are pretty busying yourself in 1emulation forum. It's really nice to see you here anyway.

You are right, it is off-topic, haha.

They made me staff there, so I get to post news of new DS emulators, and perform tests on them for the devs. I still visit the good forums (such as this one) at least weekly if not more. When are you coming back to increase your battle stats?

Back on-topic: The emulators won't be doing commercial games because no-one wants their a*** sued off. After the DS production run is finished, perhaps Nintendo won't care so much - but who knows.

At least once a month, I guess. Due to that fact that forum is easily overcrowded with spams threads and so on, whenever I click on 'New Posts'. (Imagine more than 30 threads being updated in the next day you log in. I don't have time to read all of them!) Still, I rather prefer posting in a quiet forum like this one.
