    Default help with Metal Gear:Solid

the game runs good as far as playing but the menus, shadows, and lighting
are not as good. I also have MGS:VR Missions and it runs with no problems
and im using the same settings for both games

here's a screen of metal gear solid

(both the CD and .ISO are doing this)

heres a screen of metal gear solid VR missions

both games are very similar as far as graphics but i dont understand whats
    wrong

You might be luckier with Pete's Open GL plugin.

    Thanks for the advice
the plug-in fixed the graphics but now the game is very slow(even with frame-skip turned on).

So I tried playing the game on PSXeven and for some reason
it runs an looks just like it does on my playstion(almost)
but I dont like this emulator because I have to use a keyboard controls
    to play it.

Do you know of a way that I can use my joypad with this emulator?

    yeah i agree
but if i show you an in-game screen of what it looked like before
you would say its a major improvement

im willing to sacrifice a little blurryness for gameplay.
