DSnes - Looking for programmers

I've planned to create an emulator that will run on your Nintendo DS, the emulator will support both NES and SNES games and the touch screen will be used for emulation configurations... The only problem is, I can't program
So, I'm basically asking anyone if they would like to contribute to this project to create a portable NES/SNES for your NDS.
So far, I've only created a couple pictures for the touch screen, but it seems I don't know how to put pictures in this forum.
Any information that could help this project would be greatly appreciated.
I've also thought of asking the developers of zSnes and some NES emulator to mod their program in order to make it compatible with the DS, maybe sometime in the future.

although this is an emulation forum, theres only 1 member who has the skill to write an emulator and he hasnt been around for a while
