Error CD

i already install all the configuratiion however when i try to play FFIX it says cd errorr i try the espxe 1.5.2 and 1.6.0 but doesnt work either it just keep saying cd error

CD plugin problem. Try to use SaPu CD plugin and configure it to the drive where your PSX cd is being placed.

can u explain more coz i not understand it... thx alot...
or u can give me the link that i need to download it .. and give a brief explanation... i wanna used it for ffIX
