Answer is no at the moment.
But is still in development.
Expect one emu soon.
But....BUY THE REAL THING DAMMIT
There are 3 in development. They can run a few demos. None can run any kind of commercial software. The best thing, as "ender" said, is to buy the real thing.
How your supposed to emulate the touch screen..?
The same way emulators do light guns. put a crosshair on the screen
I don't think you can get it for now the nintendo DS is very recient
