GameGenie?

hey i was checking my roms and i realized there was a gamegenie option (actually i noticed this when i first got them but i only recently remembered)
im pretty sure that it isnt an internal prgm b/c each time i try to use it trys to load a file. are the gamegenie files there own seperate files. or is there a gamegenie rom you need?

yeah thats what i mean. is the game genie its own .exe or do you have to get all of the cheats individualy (i heard somewhere they were all seperate)
