Emulator Problem: How to emulate Nintendo games on IPad pro 12.9"

Hi. I'd like to learn what my options are for emulating Nintendo Wii/Wii U/switch games on my iPad pro 12.9"?

My own research led me to to emulators "dolphiniOS" and "yuzu"

1. Are those the ones I should use?
2. Do I need to jailbreak my iPad for them to work?
3. My experience with trying apps/emulators like that in the past WITHOUT jailbreaking always have been quite fiddly... App revokation/certification and all that jazz. Is this still the case today?
4. Is there a "one size fits all" type of emulator that does all the Nintendo consoles? Or must I use a different emulator for each consoles?
5. I've also heard that it's possible to emulate the Nintendo games on my PC and instead STREAM to my tablet... Is that option viable? Is there a lot of input lag caused by the streaming (controls)
6. What do you guys advise?

Wii - Use the Dolphin port for mac os.
Wii U - Boot to windows on your mac and use cemu
switch - Apple removed support for OpenGL, and doesn’t allow Vulkan on their products.

MacOS is a very poor choice for emulation. There liberal mentalities and dogmatic points of view prevent the freedoms you have other with OS's. Boot to windows on the Mac if you want to emulate.
