Ultimate mortal Kombat 3

I've got a problem when playing ultimate mortal Kombat 3 on my Sega Genesis megadrive mini

Ultimate mortal Kombat 3 does not appear to be in the list of the official games included with that mini console. If you modded your device to add it then the game may not be supported entirely.

What is the problem exactly?

it's uploaded the game comes from a product called the true blue mini Genesis which is a plug and play flash drive it says exception so I'm assuming there's a solution it also mentions PC I contacted ploylab who you may or may not have heard of and they contacted true blue mini and I was told that they tested it and found that ultimate mortal Kombat 3 does not have this same error message I've been getting could this maybe be a computer problem maybe?https://imgur.com/gallery/uObG1fB

What is that file system on pendrive ?

Fat32? Ntfs? Ext4 ?

I cannot see your print screens it sends me to front imgur page.

Solution is copy game on pc format flash drive as fat32 then copy game on it.
