    Default Psx question

here is a (probably) common question: can you run playstation games on your pc assuming you have a working emulator. and if so then can you back-up your game using said emulator?

You do not make "roms" out of CD based games. You make CD images, and no an emulator will not make them for you

In other words, you are making ISOs/CD images as a backup of the CD. Emulator can't make backup for you but there are softwares that can do the job.

Obviously it can't AFAIK as it only managed to mount an CD image to a virtual drive. Unless someone could correct me this.
