    Default Problem with VBALink 1.7.2L

A friend and I wanted to trade pokemon through VBA so we tried to use VBALink 1.7.2L. However, when the second player tried to connect to the host he got error code 11004. We followed the instructions. Does anyone know what we are doing wrong?
    LAN play:

    1) One of the players must start vbaserver.exe and choose the number of players.

    2) Each player opens VBALink and goes to Options/Link.

    3) If you have the setting "One computer", click on "LAN" and close the emulator. Wait for a few seconds, then start it again.

    4) Select number of players (2, 3 or 4). Enter the IP address of the server in the textbox, then click "Connect" (NOT OK!).

    5) When all players are connected, a message box with the text "Connected" will appear.

    6) Load the game and play!

    7) When someone closes the emulator, the others will become disconnected and the server will shut down.
