Retroarch N64 Analog Stick

Is it possible to play Quake II for N64 with Analog Stick with Xbox Controller in Parallel N64? I want to move forward and backward with Analog Stick not D-Pad.

I found better N64 emulator Mupen64Plus - M64Py - front-end (GUI) for PC.

The right analog stick of my gamepad is really stiff. You hear it creek easily and its tough to play CoD because I can not aim as good as I would.
