i am bahadir, i want to play the "karaoke c subor", from goodnes, which have mapper supported this rom?

you mean that or from multirom called tetrisv3 etc...
just like i say best emulator is punes it support every rom if not work on nestopia and fceux try punes

there is more karaoke multicard roms
look deeply in goodness 3.23b latest set
screen are from famicom set called no intro im think :
