Ello... Noob here...

Hello everyone, thanks for taking a moment to read this...

I'm brand new to all this emulators and roms thing so I've got tons of questions so far and that's just from the few posts I have already read... just to give you an idea how serious I am in that statement I'll ask one that's on my mind right now... whats a "Front End"? what does it do? which should I use since I am absolutely clueless, and so on so forth...

again that's the level of clueless I am currently but gimme a few weeks and then I should have a better grasp on all this... anyways, again, thanks for your time, and any help I can get in the near future with the questions I am sure will be popping up over and over... Oh... and its a pleasure to make the acquaintance of any and all I meet from here...

Frontends are programs usually used to manage the emulators. You don't always need one, but for some emulators one can make things very easy. It depends on the emulator really.
