    Red face epsxe crushing after a while playing resident evil 1 i am really frustrated plz :D

    i am trying to do a no save run for the game resident evil 1 on the epsxe, the problem is that when i get to a certain random point in the game, the emulator crashes it turns into a black screen saying that the emulator has a problem and that it isnt responding. i am actually running this game on the epsxe 1.6.0 as a video plugin i am using Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.76, as the sound plugin i am using Pete's OpenGL Driver 1.76, and not that it mattes becaue i am running an iso of the game i am using ePSXe CDR ASPI core 1.5.2. this are my settings. now moving on i ve been tried all the games and i keep having the same result, resident evil 1, resident evil directors cut, and resident evil directors cut dual shock. and it stills gives me the same non responding black screen. i am runing this games on a dell inspiron 15 from wich i will pots the specs at the end. please help me i am frustrated. i had a copy of that game years ago and i dont know were exactly i put it, maybe i lend it to a friend or something, but i actually had all the games for the psx, and i want it to play it so bad and keep doing no saves runs. or hell maybe even speedrun it. please help me.

    can i ask what video settings are
    you tested it with new drivers for your graphic card >_>?
    can you update opengl plugin or try other one
    do you have all vcredits aand last updates for windows 7
    if you will do this write to me
    of course update (always) dx and could you try other dx like 9 im start thinking its crashing on your settings and on dx 10(if you set up to dx 10)
    anyway update emualator
