My snes controller is stuck going left

I decided I wanted some controllers for my emulator, but the usb controllers won't stop going left, all other buttons work but the left joypad is stuck. I am left to believe this is a software problem because it happens with two of the controllers and I have used these controllers on other devices.

Sounds like the adapter is doing that. Even if this is one of those usb controller clones, it could be the adapter inside just does not work with the OS. If multiple controller do the same thing, your controller are more then likely ok. Although it may seem simple, not all adapters are made well.

If the problem is seen in the control panel then I would suspect the usb adapter firmware/drivers.

There are great adapters you can buy that most all of us use. I'm not sure what adapter you bough but for snes there are quire a bit out there.

I am actually using usb remotes not adapters so I'm not sure what the problem is here.
