No. You could try dolphin 3.x

my can run but its little laged because dx9 settings your can handle its should run you have better card (graphics) thats gamecube has
emulator just like i say is dolphin 5.0 better set to dx10 if your card use it but lower the game resolution in emulator and dont set up antilising
corners and graphic will be ugly but should run very fast
anyway ANY graphic card is better than integreted chip(chipset 945 or other integrated graphic in pc i have s3 chrome hc9 )
your card will be fine but graphic will be ugly
you must set up your own settings but lower resolution make your graphics faster because graphic card have less "weight" to render (3d textures)
and filters (pixel shader) make textures better looking but fps (frame per second ) with "filtering" will be lower so you need set up everything to s*it to run faster
or have better card your card can be called "multimedia card" can run movies right but cant handle higher resoultions because is older dont have better architecture:
card speed 400mhh now cards should have at least 20-30 more mhz(frequrency)
bus 64 bit (example : you cant drive train when you have less space)
new cards have at least 128-256 bits( its called bus)and other features (you will find when you write name of your card + magic word (benchmark) its mean test of card)
its should run but graphic will be ugly are you ready for that ?
    but will be run fast
of course dx9 suck because is old and not have extra features like dx10 ) your choice
if i can run on integrated its can run also for you i do some settings
im dont like your cpu for speed its should have more frequrency
    at least 2 Ghz
ram is nice ddr2 right ? faster than ddr from old notebooks
im test and say how it run for me i do extra settings
ulao is only good at controllers but have no idea about gaming you can also try moded drivers for play
they called Omega drivers (but can be unstable )
just like i have chello 1.7b moded drivers for chipset 945
you can also update drivers for latest or update all drivers for latest and try
you dont need a paging file(page file) your ram should be fast
    for me my settings :
because for me run only dx9
    resolution 320x240
    aspect ratio :streach to window
    no filters
    show fps
    anisotropic x1(cant be turn off)
    other settings turn off
    fast deepth calculations checked
i get from 10 to 9 fps to 15-20 fps
only audio suck so my card is bad and cant handle sound setitings (normal)
set limit fps (general settings to 60)
    now i have 39-40 fps
fall to 19 (yes its still integreted with ms drivers)
i cant set up my keybord >.> in dolphin and cant loged in in megaman 9
    it can be faster if i set up to opengl than dx9 for me only audio suck im cant set up ;_;
    for you should be better
    good luck
ps: work good audio set up to open al
    dx sound suck >.>
still fps fall down my dell suck <.<

I'll hold off on the Gamecube until I replace this laptop I guess.

Regarding the Kickstarter campaign, where will this be announced and how can I find out about it?

What makes the Bliss Box worth getting? I've been reading that some people use USB controllers if they don't have original controllers or USB adapters if they do.

Well I may be a bit biased but here are my reasons.

    1) It's for people that want to use original controller, not for people that like the 360 controller for everything.
    2) You do not need drivers
    3) It works on computers and some consoles. Is does not care if its windows 98 or windows 10, or even linux.
    4) it has lots of features that work together, you can not get this from an assortment of adapters.

Auto Pause - Most controllers have an auto pause when the controller is unplugged. When you are in the middle of a game and your friend, wife, Pet, or otherwise clueless partner trips over your cord resulting in NO GAME CONTROL, the game will pause

Auto Pause / Detection - You can switch controllers on the fly. When you unplug, for example, a Saturn controller you can then choose any detectable controller and plug it in. The Bliss-Box will auto detect this controller and resume functionality without a flinch by the user. Very few controllers are not detectable. For example the Atari, Intellivision are not detectable, most others are.

Global button mapping - All buttons are laid out the same to match common set ups. For example the snes y, b, x, a, are mapped like the neo-geo a, b, c, d, So that when you switch from one to the next you use the controller in the same manner. Both left most buttons ( snes:Y or neo:A ) are mapped to the emulator the same. Obviously some choices had to be made. See this spread sheet for details. Open to suggestions

Force Feedback - Vibration ( rumble ) is supported. It was developed for a windows system and may or may not work on the ps3, linux or mac. The following controllers support rumble: DreamCast, Nintendo 64, Playstation 1,2, and Game Cube

UDLR Mode (D-Pad Only Mode) - This puts the 4-Play into a D-Pad only mode which allows the player to use the D-Pad to play a game which requires the analog stick. To activate this mode simply hold Left Shoulder, Right Shoulder, and (Pause or Start) Button at the same time. This causes the 4-Play to interpret the D-Pad inputs to their corresponding analog stick inputs. You can switch this mode off with the same button combo. This allows you to hot swap to non-analog controllers while playing an analog game. This mode is also controller port specific, so Player 1 on the 4-Play can use this mode while other players are in whatever mode they choose.

Button rotation mode mode – This mode rotates a 4 way button controller 90 degrees counter clockwise. Very handy if you prefer the psx set up. This works hand in hand with the global mapping. If you do not like the way the mapping works when going from nes to SNES or nes to PSX try this mode. To activate this mode simply all face buttons, and (Pause or Start) Button at the same time. You can switch this mode off with the same button combo.

    5) Its active in development and you can talk to the author, he is a real person, he gets on forums, he... well he, is me
