spyro a new beginning problem on pcsx

I have a problem on pcsx with "spyro a new beginning". I start the game, but in the start menu start defects of the graphics, there are continuously many spurts. How can you solve this?

My hardware specs are:
1)windows 7-64 bit
2)cpu 4 gb
3)186 gb of hard disk
4)Intel® Core™
i7-4510U CPU
2.00 GHz 2.60
GHz
5)Graphics card:
-Intel® hd graphics family
-nvidia geforce 820m


I have the version of pcsx "1.4.0"
About the settings of pcsx i left the settings as they are, i have not changed anything

video drivers, and video plugins if it have video plugins im know this emulator only as noob im was try play at least on my core2duo with 1gb ram lags like hell if its not help change version latest pcsx is pcsx1.5
