Higan Cheat Help + GBC Crash (Linux)
First I would like to say that one of my problems is this. Higan is good but I literally have no idea how to use cheat codes that dont come in the .bml or how to even add codes as ALL of the codes that I want to use DO NOT WORK! I have tried gamegenie and gameshark and Action Replay too! None of them work. I am broken at this point but thats not the end of it. no....
When playing GBC games such as pokemon Gold or Yellow, if I play for too long the game force closes and it doesnt matter if I save beforehand because even if I save and the emulator force closes, when I go to turn the game back on it takes me back to the original save that I had saved if I had manually closed the game.
One thing I do is use the hotkey for speeding up emulation for most of the game (Pokemon is really slow paced) other than that Idk what I did...
