Need help with PJ64 Plugin installation

Hey guys, I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to get the plugins installed after downloading Project 64. I did the whole download and downloaded some roms but I can't get them to work cause it says I'm missing certain plugins. If anyone has more questions to ask me, PM me.
