Game Problem: iZ3D vs. Banjo-Kazooie

With stereo enabled for iZ3D (which happens to be compatible with N64 emulators which use Jabo's Direct3D 8 plugin), I'm having a smooth time playing Super Mario 64 and Diddy Kong Racing, but for some reason, Banjo-Kazooie ain't working right. Specifically, the jigsaw-style transitions aren't the only graphical problems; the sky in the N64/Rare intro and even some of the in-game textures are gone, as I have thus far observed.

My current graphical settings are as follows:

Windowed Resolution: 848x480
Full Screen Resolution: 1600x900 32-bit 60Hz
Full Screen Sync: Triple buffer Vsync
Anistropic filtering: 16X
Full-Scene Antialiasing: 8X
Brightness: 100%
Super2xSaI textures: On
Always use texture filter: On
Adjust game aspect ratio to match yours: On
Use legacy pixel pipeline: Off
Force alpha blending: Off
Wireframe rendering: Off
Use Firect3D transformation pipeline: Off
Force Z compare: Off
Copy framebuffer to RDRAM: Off

What can I do to ensure I get both stereo 3D through iZ3D AND better graphics?
