What emulator are you using? That would be the most useful thing to know right now. Also, what graphics/audio plugins are you using?

on web it was called as slowdown/toofast slowdown :dreamcast,epsxe can also work too fast on pc (little research) most important question gave here muppen64 man

im dont use epsxe just test for help you today
about hiting slowly its not change poor emulator

you waiting for miracles ? im not Jesus cant help you im not make miracles about my words above thats is reality whatever i do its still laging when fight (setings lowest of lowest) im dont like testing configuration (try make many options for best performance) im cant help you for me laging everytime im call your good heart dont ask me its no use
