FFIX problem

Alright. I'm using ePSXe 1.60, running off the original CD. I'm using Pete's DX6 Driver D3D 1.72.

I just got through the Evil, now Petrified Forest on Disk One. Once I got out of camp, the game is stuck on a black screen. I hear the music, and I can pause. Otherwise, I'm screwed. Can any of you help me?

Change to ePSXe 1.5.2.

I'd the same problem on that using ePSXe v1.6.0. Use PSXeven or ePSXe v1.5.2 to solve that.
