    Default Is There a Single .bin Tool for PlayStation Memory Card Management?

    Honestly, I can't believe nobody's tried doing that yet. I mean, yes, I know that there's the .exe manager programs, and yes, I know there's full games that manage the files of entire virtual memory cards, but is there such a thing as a working emulator game that ONLY manages memory cards?
