Hello ladies and gents!
Have an old Asus TF101 with a few emulators installed that I haven't touched in a while. The SNES is my
favorite system and I'm planning to upgrade and buy an Nvidia Shield sometime soon for my emulation itch.
For the meantime, I have jailbreaked my iPhone 6 and installed RetroArch. Now I've been transferring ROMs
over from the SNESDroid emulator (from my old Asus tablet) to my iPhone and I noticed a few separate file
types for each games. For example, Secret of Mana have the following: .0A.s96, .smc, and .srm
As mentioned, had an Android tablet using SNESDroid emulator app, those three didn't show at all when
selecting games. With RetroArch, I just select the biggest file and the game works fine. I'm just really
curious what each of them means.
Thanks in advance,
Newbie![]()
