Thread: MASSIVE Urge To Play Banjo-Tooie. Fixed Yet?

Default MASSIVE Urge To Play Banjo-Tooie. Fixed Yet?

Was wondering if it's glaring issues were fixed, like the crashing. I've tried searching around, but all the posts I see are from 4-6 years ago. Using PJ64, but not married to it. Thanks.

Have you tried PJ64 2.1? or are you still using the 1.6 branch? Give it a try: http://www.pj64-emu.com/downloads/project64/binaries/

I'm currently using 2.1. What I read all seemed to be from people using 1.6, but I saw nothing mentioning either way if it still happens in 2.0+.

I was hoping to hear if anyone has completed Tooie on it. I'm hesitant to even start because a lot of what I read was people getting to the last world, the game crashing and their save data vanishing. I know emulation isn't always stable and crashes happen, but in that case it would really suck.

I have completed both games with no problems, so have no worries.
