FCEUX Full Screen Off Center - HELP!

Every time I launch FCEUX in full screen it's half off the screen. How do i fix this?

sorry I'm no help as I've never used that emu.

If you don't mind me asking tho, as i grew up in the SNES and later gen, I'm not as familiar with NES.
Are there games on NES that you maybe aware of which may not have been re-made Better on the SNES?
Or is it mostly for nostalgia?

I havn't used FCE but through ratings I notice the popular NES emu's are
- Nestopia
- bsnes\higan

why use FCE anyway since your on Windows?
