NeoRagex all of a sudden stopped working.

I don't know what happened. I had my NeoRagex up and running. I did nothing as far as I can tell. Then at some point from A to B it stopped working for me. This is what's happening. I click on the NeoRagex icon. The message box pops up asking me if I want to run the program. I click run. The screen goes black like somethings about to happen. Then the black goes away almost immediately and I'm back at the desktop. I even tried deleting my files and reinstalling it. Still doesn't work. Little help please.

If you put the files in a new location does it help? Also I assume you already rebooted?

which version neogeoragex 5.4e , neogeoragex 5.0 ,neogeroagex.vsfog,neogeoragex0.8bxp other way is try nebula emulator and rom data maker bios you should put in folder with the same name (bios)
i have all those versions
