i am new where can i get games?

guys I am new to emulators I did not install any emulator yet. Does the emulator include games or should I get them from the internet?

Please recommend the best emulator for ps1 and 2 games?

ps1: best emulator is ePSXe, use psx where it failes.
ps2: PCSX2 is the only emulator to try.

Game you must find on your own, they do not come with emulators.
