Virtua Nes turbo problem

Can someone plz tell me how to disable the turbo in Virtua Nes. Everytihing else is working perfectly. Turbo for both the A and B buttons seem to be enabled on every geme that I play. This is unacceptable for a game like Super Mario Bros. I cannot perform any super jumps because mario keeps performing consecutive mini jumps.

Check with the configuration options on you emulator. There should be an option of where you may disable the turbo button.
